The 20th edition of Exit Music For Films! We started this episode with a cut from The Silent Partner LP by Canadian jazz pianist, Oscar Peterson. The music for this album served as the musical basis for the score to the underrated Canadian bank heist / crime drama of the same name in 1978. The movie starred both Elliott Gould and Christopher Plummer as the bank thief / antagonist. Other choice cuts include another Petra Haden vocal interpretation from the Taxi Driver score, a piece from the Amelie OST, as well as live versions of film music by both Ennio Morricone & Angelo Badalamenti. Also of note, is that the episode happened to be a bit longer than the usual ~60 minutes!
